“We met Mr. Yoshida while exploring a project called Tamanawa Terrace. His designs immediately stood out, and after meeting him in person, we knew we wanted to work with him.

From the beginning, he joined us in searching for land, even walking steep plots and sketching ideas on site. His ability to see the potential in each location was remarkable. Unlike pushy agents, he always said, ‘Take your time.’ That gave us the freedom to make the right decision.

He truly took the time to understand how we live. During our meetings—sometimes lasting four hours—he paid close attention not just to our needs, but to how we moved through daily life.

We appreciated how he always created physical models alongside plans, helping us visualize even complex layouts. His design responded not only to function, but to feeling—capturing sunlight, privacy, and flow.

One of our favorite spaces is the bath terrace, which feels like an open-air retreat at night. Every detail feels considered and personal.
